1. Free Trial Period
Oorini offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. During the trial period:
- You have full access to evaluate our platform features
- No payment information is required to start the trial
- You can cancel at any time without any charges
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how cancellation works:
- Cancellation can be done through your account settings (Admin → Billing & Plan)
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation
- Access to premium features will end when your current billing period expires
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions:
- If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment
- This guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions, not renewals
3.2 Renewal Refunds
For subscription renewals:
- Refund requests for renewals must be made within 48 hours of the renewal charge
- We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges
- Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of the billing period after 48 hours
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- Renewal charges not requested within 48 hours
- Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
- Custom enterprise agreements (subject to individual contract terms)
4. Step-by-Step: How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to request a refund:
- Prepare Your Information

- Transaction ID or invoice number (found in your billing history)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Submit Your Request

- Confirmation
You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours confirming receipt of your request.
- Review Process
Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision.
- Refund Processing
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Step-by-Step: How to Cancel Your Subscription
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
- Log In to Your Account
Sign in to your Oorini account at www.oorini.com/auth/signin
- Navigate to Settings
Click on Settings in the sidebar menu.
- Go to Billing & Plan
Select the Billing & Plan tab to view your subscription details.
- Click Cancel Subscription
Click the "Cancel Subscription" button. You may be asked to provide a reason for cancellation.
- Confirm Cancellation
Review the cancellation details and click "Confirm" to complete the process.
- Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. Step-by-Step: How to Reactivate or Replace Your Subscription
If you cancelled your subscription and want to reactivate, or need to switch to a different plan:
To Reactivate Within 30 Days of Cancellation:
- Log in to your Oorini account
- Navigate to Settings → Billing & Plan
- Click "Reactivate Subscription"
- Select your preferred plan and confirm payment details
- Your data and settings will be fully restored
To Switch Plans (Upgrade/Downgrade):
- Log in to your Oorini account
- Navigate to Settings → Billing & Plan
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Review the changes and confirm
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
To Reactivate After 30 Days (Data Deleted):
- Sign up for a new account at www.oorini.com/auth/signup
- Select your preferred plan
- Contact support@oorini.com if you need assistance migrating any previously exported data
7. Data After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- During this period, you can export your data or reactivate your subscription
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
- You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
8. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan (e.g., from Pro to Starter):
- The change will take effect at the start of your next billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades
- Features exceeding your new plan limits will become read-only
