1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Oorini platform, including all features, applications, and content.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a User to access the Service.
• "Company" refers to Bridge International Sourcing Inc, the operator of Oorini.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

Oorini offers various subscription plans with different features and limits:

• Free Trial: 14-day trial with limited features
• Starter Plan: ₹4,099/month (or equivalent)
• Pro Plan: ₹8,299/month (or equivalent)
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bridge International Sourcing Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
